Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans mid-project?
Yes. If your scope grows during the proof-of-concept stage, we will draft a revised statement of work and credit what you have already paid towards the larger plan. There is no penalty for upgrading.
What if my data is messy or incomplete?
Most data is messy. We include a data-cleaning and feature-engineering phase in every project. If the data needs significant restructuring (for example, merging five separate spreadsheets into a normalised database), we will scope that as a line item so there are no surprises.
Do you charge for the initial discovery call?
No. The 45-minute discovery call is free. We use it to understand your goals, evaluate feasibility and give you an honest assessment of whether AI is the right tool for the job.
How do you handle confidential data?
We sign a mutual NDA before any data transfer. Your data stays on servers you control whenever possible; when we need a copy for training, we use encrypted storage within the UK and delete it once the project ends.
What happens after the support period ends?
You own the code and the trained models outright. If you want continued monitoring and retraining, you can move to the Enterprise retainer or purchase ad-hoc support hours at £150 per hour.
Is there a minimum contract length for the retainer?
We ask for a three-month minimum so we have time to learn your systems and deliver meaningful results. After that, you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
